Current solutions lack a centralized platform that seamlessly integrates comprehensive features, making it challenging for dog owners to efficiently and effectively ensure the holistic care and happiness of their furry companions.

To gather meaningful insights and pinpoint critical challenges, I engaged in interviews with pet owners, utilizing a structured questionnaire as a guiding framework. The objective was to delve into their experiences, comprehend the difficulties they encounter, and identify recurring patterns that highlight prevalent concerns.
